House rental rates

We have found keeping up with the changing prices mechanism on AirBnB too complicated to format into an easily understandable price table, but we will always offer a discount from the listed price on AirBnB.

So the way to book the house is to start by heading to our page on AirBnB.

Enter the dates you want to stay for and put in a booking enquiry. This will then keep those days reserved.

Then send us a separate message using the booking form below (note: it must be via this website, not using the AirBnB message function) and we'll offer you a direct booking discount.

For longer stays, we can also offer bespoke discounts.

Art class costs

To add art classes to your holiday just let us know what you're looking for in your message and we'll work out a bespoke price for you. We understand, however, that you might want some sense of what that might cost beforehand.

So, to give an example, we offer a set package bolt-on to the the house rental at £495. This includes two lessons for up to six people (the house capacity), with each lesson running for two hours.

This price is for ALL students. It is NOT a per person price. It also covers the artist tutor, the materials, and the venue hire. It covers classes in watercolour, acrylic or sketching, but not the life drawing option where a model fee is required (though this is available under the bespoke pricing). We can also arrange oil painting classes should you wish, but the transport of wet paintings or allowing sufficient time for them to dry must be factored in.````
